In 1998, Matthias launched a company specialising in VR authorisation tools, which was valued at $3.5 billion by Goldman Sachs. He then diversified into commodities trading, particularly gold, as well as quality management and construction companies. In addition, Matthias developed investment frameworks to maximise returns in bond trading.

Habib has over 40 years of experience in trading and over 10 years in the oil industry, mainly dealing with major companies such as Vitol, Glencore, Shell, PetroChina, BB Energy and others. He has worked with Netoil and is now engaged as an Advisor to the Board of ZENENERGY GROUP, where he is playing a key role in helping ZENENERGY GROUP establish its presence in the crude oil trading business. His responsibilities include advising on working with qualified traders and formulating a coherent strategy for effective distribution through various channels and partnerships.
